Andrey Shelomentsev, Doctor of Economics, Professor, graduated from the Sverdlovsk Mining Institute (mining engineer), worked at industrial enterprises, at leading Russian universities and research institutes of the Russian Academy of Sciences, has experience as a researcher, senior researcher, chief researcher, head of scientific centers of the Russian Academy of Sciences in the northern regions of Russia.
