Josef P. Halda is a researcher at the Nature Conservation Agency of the Czech Republic. His work focuses on forest ecology, biodiversity, and the effects of climate change on forest ecosystems. He has extensive experience with lichenology and bryology, particularly in the context of ecological continuity and the conservation of forest habitats. In addition to leading national and international projects, he contributes to applied research and conservation activities aimed at protecting biodiversity and natural ecosystems.
