A psychologist, educator, and researcher with extensive experience in both academic and social fields, he holds a PhD in Education (UCM and the University of Baja California) and a postdoctoral degree in Philosophical Systems and Currents. He has more than 15 years of experience in university teaching, educational research, and psychosocial support at various levels of education. He has led research groups and incubators recognized by the Ministry of Science (Category C), supervised master's theses, and has been a SACES peer reviewer. He specializes in workplace stress, burnout syndrome, inclusive education, and the development of socio-emotional skills. His academic output includes multiple books, chapters, and scientific articles, both in Spanish and English, addressing current issues in mental health, education, citizenship, school violence, educational quality, and human talent management.
He has participated as a speaker and workshop facilitator at national and international conferences, and as an active member of academic networks and scientific committees for peer-reviewed journals. His commitment to educational transformation and critical education is evident in his work as a school counselor, advisor, trainer, and evaluator of research projects.
He has additional training in human rights, virtual teaching, emerging pedagogies, research methodologies, leadership, and human talent management, which allows him to integrate innovative approaches into his pedagogical, research, and community practices.
He joined the editorial board of Social Science Insights and Applications on August 21, 2025, as an editorial member.
