Abstract

The antagonistic contradiction between the biological essence of humans and the abiological means of obtaining solar energy to create a food base and habitat is the defining factor of their existence, shaping the modern image of our technocratic civilization. At the same time, the material and energy foundation is mineral raw materials and energy carriers extracted from the Earth's interior, while the food base is biological matter obtained by destroying the Earth's primary biota and replacing it with artificial biota for agricultural purposes. Under these conditions, it is necessary to develop and substantiate a new strategy and tactics for organizing the interaction of a technocratic civilization with the Earth's natural biota, taking into account the characteristics of human evolutionary development and the requirements of the Concept of Sustainable Development. A promising scientific direction for achieving this goal in the field of subsoil use is the development of theoretical foundations for the development of mining engineering systems based on the use of biogenic principles for the creation of nature-like mining technologies. The results of research on the implementation of the principle of prevention are presented.
