Cross-Cultural Technology Ethics(CCTE) aims to establish a critical forum for examining how cultural diversity shapes the ethical design, deployment, and governance of emerging technologies. The journal seeks to advance interdisciplinary research that bridges technology ethics with anthropology, political science, and cultural studies, fostering dialogue on equitable technological development across Global North and South contexts. By prioritizing empirical studies on culturally embedded moral frameworks, we strive to develop context-sensitive ethical guidelines that address power asymmetries in global tech innovation and promote inclusive digital futures.
