The journal is committed to maintaining the highest standards of integrity, transparency, impartiality, and accountability throughout the publication process. Editorial decisions are based solely on academic merit, originality, scientific quality, and relevance.

All materials associated with a manuscript under review must be treated as strictly confidential. Reviewers must not share, distribute, discuss, or otherwise disclose manuscript content to unauthorized third parties.

• Declare all potential conflicts of interest.
• Decline review invitations if a conflict may affect objectivity.
• Review only manuscripts within your area of expertise.
• Never use unpublished information obtained during peer review for personal benefit.
• Do not upload confidential manuscripts to public AI systems or external services that may store submitted content.

Reviewers' Responsibilities

Reviewers are expected to provide timely, objective, and constructive assessments that assist editors in making publication decisions and help authors improve the quality of their work.
