Education: Odessa National Polytechnic University, specialized in "Automation of Technological Processes in Thermal Power Engineering." Graduated in 1998. Postgraduate studies. Dissertation topic: "Fuzzy Control System for the Dosing Process in Cement Production."

After graduation, I worked as a chief engineer at a boiler plant and as a programmer in the information department of a bank.

My dissertation topic for the degree of Doctor of Engineering Sciences was "The Concept of Developing Intelligent Control Systems for Marine Steam Generating Plants." I have published two  textbooks and over 180 scientific publications in Ukrainian and international journals.

He joined the editorial board of Smart Ship Technologies on September 25, 2025, as an editorial member.
