Viktor Stabnikov, Ph.D., Doctor of Technical Sciences, is a Professor and Head of the Department of Biotechnology and Microbiology at the National University of Food Technologies (Kyiv, Ukraine). He received his Bachelor’s, Master’s, and Ph.D. degrees in Biotechnology from NUFT and has held research and academic positions in Ukraine and Singapore, including at Nanyang Technological University. His research interests include technical biotechnology, environmental safety, and the processing of industrial wastes. He serves as Editor-in-Chief of the Ukrainian Journal of Food Science and is a Member of the Scientific Council of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine. Prof. Stabnikov is the author of 82 peer-reviewed papers, 20 book chapters, and a monograph, with an h-index of 27 (Scopus) and 30 (Google Scholar).

He joined the editorial board of Transnational Supply Chain Research on October 25, 2025, as an editorial member.
